Very picturesque old town - dominated by the Church of St. Peter and Paul.
Best known is the western district, "le Bruch" with its canals and half-timbered houses.
But who goes through the winding lanes - off the main tourist route - will find some very interesting views and photo opportunities.

Wissembourg (Weissenburg) is located on the German-French border right at the entrance to the northern Vosges. With its numerous half-timbered buildings, the abbey of St. Peter and Paul and the beautiful town hall, the town tells its story. It definitely worth it to get lost here. Nice Restausrants and cafes invite you to linger.
