In Neunzehnhain, there was an iron hammer mill near the former Hammerschenke (hammer inn) from 1697 to 1729. It was the Zschopenhammer, relocated here from Waldkirchen. The hammer mill was subsequently the last plank mill in the Bornwald forest. It ceased operations in 1955.
