How Stean Gorge is one of Nidderdale’s natural wonders. This spectacular limestone ravine, carved out by thousands of years of waterflow, is up to 30 feet (nine metres) deep in places and has caves, narrow paths, and dizzying bridges to explore. There is also a café, outdoor activity centre, and campsite.

Great campsite with good facilities and friendly service.
The gorge is definitely worth checking out with plenty of different outdoorsy activities to try.

Great fun to walk the gorge, there are a number of other activities on offer including abseiling and via ferrata which are also highly recommended!
