From here you can see not only the Altkönig ... but also large parts of the Frankfurt skyline, the Odenwald with the Melibocus, etc. .... 👌😎
When visibility is good, the highest mountain range in the North Palatinate Mountains, the almost 700 m high Donnersberg, can even be seen very well in the southwest.

Beautiful view of the third highest and fabulous mountain ... especially when it rises from the fog.

It is worthwhile to briefly leave the two main paths to and from the Feldberg and walk about 50 m further to the gently sloping slope edge. From the forest you have a very nice view of the Altkönig with the white wall - and the plain far below!

A small side path always offers beautiful views. Good photos are difficult to take because of the trees. From time to time you have to watch out for mountain bikes.
