Nature is always new, every day. Spring, summer, autumn, or winter – the beech forest in Prora looks, smells, and feels different every time. Visitors of all ages can experience and understand nature year-round on Europe's only treetop walk with a sea view: at eye level with primeval beech trees on the barrier-free treetop walk, on guided hikes such as those to the famous flint fields, or in the exciting interactive exhibitions. Along the way, they wander through the three ecosystems of forest, open land, and wetlands. The highlight is the treetop walk's 40-meter-high observation tower, modeled after an eagle's nest. With a little luck, visitors to the Rügen Nature Heritage Center can observe native sea eagles on their excursions from here.

No matter how one stands to the ecological consequences of such a plant, the view is already great!
