Tips
The old Oker weir is located on a beautifully situated nature trail with various fish ponds. You can plan a rest directly at the weir!
You are even asked to: "Stay awhile!", it actually says on a sign ;-)

South of the old weir you can walk to the tip of the island and see the division of the Oker into two arms

Unfortunately, the old construction is already a bit dated. At high tide it is nice to see how high the lower Oker actually comes.
