This trail is the real & only and true Step Down - Part I as an A-Line version. !!! SORRY, THE TRAIL IS ALWAYS DELETED AT komoot and put in the STEP DOWN Uphill. THIS IS WRONG! The other (approx. 30 m east parallel and registered in OSM) is the Step Down - Part I - B-Line version, which is used more as a step down uphill. The A Ver. is much more curvy and steep and therefore rather unsuitable as an uphill.
    Trail Legend:
Narrow downhill path with rooted and stony but also smooth forest floor, especially in damp weather. A few narrow hairpin bends and small stumps barely visible between leaves and grass make this S1 a challenge for some. It's better to slow down here. In Part II you can let it run a little faster and jump over some natural slope steps. These probably gave the trail its name.

TOP! A narrow, partly steep and winding trail. The driving and braking technology is asked here. Be careful with very wide MTB handlebars. Man or woman could be knocked over by tree contact with too little caution or speed.
The super fit and technically savvy bikers also ride this trail UPHILL. :-O
It is easier in the Uphill on the B-Line about 50 m east.
