Mountain biking
This is where the long X 4 Flow Trail begins. The entry is partially, especially in the summer, overgrown, so he likes to overlook the fast drive over.
Initially S1; slight slope and a crossbeam, which can be rolled over, however.
After turning left almost a S0; wider and flatter
Good in both directions. However, there is top piece bit the crossbeam at Uphill power-consuming.
(PRIMARY DOWNHILL - SECONDARY UPPHILL good mobile)
NOTE: Downhill has right of way.
Watch out for strollers and animals. Keep quiet and keep the forest clean ...

Mountain biking
This trail makes downhill really fun! ;O)
For the most part, you only need to pedal lightly and still get up to speed quickly. The flow is not interrupted by anything. Only in the first maybe 50 meters you have to be careful. In the course are only a few curves that require more braking. Two fast bends could get you out of the way if you drive over 25-30 km / h.
As an uphill, the trail is a nice alternative to boring forest.
