Really good Museum situated on the outskirts of Barnard Castle. Famous for mechanical Silver Swan, and originalled belonged to the Bowes-Lyon family (relatives to the U.K Queen Elizabeth).
Well worth visting and spending some time browsing through the museum, to discover all about history both national and local. It also has a nice cafe & restaurant if you fancy a bite to eat.
