Wakenitz 'Hochufer'

Not only the, on the other shore meandering, Drägerweg offers for cycling, also on this side of the river there are some good drivable ways directly on the shore. This starts at the Wakenitzbrücke (Wallbrechtstraße) with beautiful, wide views over the Wakenitz - both to the north and to the east. To the east it goes first flat, later a little above the river to Goldberg. This is the only section of the Wakenitz where the shore drops a bit more steeply. The easy up and down on the way, which leads up on the slope, can be mastered easily, the views through the trees are always worthwhile.
The path is easy to ride in both directions.

It is very easy to drive on the Wakenitz.
