Meanwhile my favorite route to come to the Vogelsberg. From Homberg (Ohm) follow the course of the Felda on good roads (as of 2019), partly country road, partly cycle / economic road. The track has only moderate climbs. Great for warming up in beautiful scenery with little traffic.

Beautiful route at the edge of the forest from Ehringshausen to Schellnhausen. From Schellnhausen it is recommended to use the bike path to continue to Groß-Felda.
