He comes along breathing fire and a little wild - the Wachtberger dragon. So far he fulfills all the Lindwurm clichés that one knows. Rather untypical for the mythical creature, however, is the color white that adorns it. You rarely see kites against a blue background. But it is precisely in this form that the Wachtbergers have known and valued their municipal coat of arms for almost forty years.
