At the site of the so-called cross oak there is a monument to Christ carved out of a large rock in the form of a cross.
It was donated by Josef Hock from Bullau in 1901.
On the tree behind is a plaque that reads "Sign of the Cross". Whether this tree, or the rock cross, or both together as an ensemble should form the cross oak, I do not know, because nothing written about it can be found.translated by•March 4, 2022
