Hiking
The Kindelsbrunnen Festival was celebrated on the square every July. After the farm track leading to the Ganerb was paved in 1957, the Gommersheim residents celebrated this event the following year with a large festival at the Kindelsbrunnen fountain. This "Kindelsbrunnen Festival" was very popular in the community itself, as well as in neighboring villages. Since then, it has not only been a fixture in Gommersheim's events calendar, but has also become a popular social event in the region, even beyond Gommersheim's borders. The Kindelsbrunnen Festival has been discontinued for several years.
