This is where the "Koasamuch" found his final resting place. Much Wieser, a famous mountaineer from the "Edelweißgilde", campaigned for summit books on all Kaiser peaks in the 19th century.

The Baumgartenköpfl is a small summit in front of the Wilder Kaiser massif, with the mountaineer's grave from "Wieser Much" next to the summit cross. From this box seat we have a tremendous view: In the north the Kaisermassiv with the Regalpspitze, Hochgrubachspitze, Ackerlspitze and Maukspitze, south below the towns of Going and Ellmau and further south the main Alpine ridge with the numerous three-thousanders.
