Since 2014, three yellow, intertwined aluminum rings have adorned the roundabout at the "Rheinwelle" regional swimming pool. They are intended to symbolize the collaboration between the three towns of Bingen, Gau-Algesheim, and Ingelheim. This collaboration also led to the creation of the neighboring regional swimming pool. Engraved on one of the rings are numbers representing significant years in the history of the three towns. The meaning of these dates can be read on a stele next to the roundabout. 🚴♂️
