Popularly known as "Golden Gätle", this "Brückle" spans from the recreational area of Max-Eyth-See to the vineyards on the other side of the Neckar. The bridge also played a major role in the final scene of the Stuttgart crime scene "The Price of Life" of 2015. With sniper and all the trimmings.

The footbridge leads from the Max-Eyth-See over the Neckar to the other side. Especially at the weekend I would recommend cyclists to change the bank here if you are heading towards Mühlhausen. Here the path is wider and there are fewer pedestrians, and you avoid the bottleneck and the barriers that come further along the path to the lock. You can then easily switch back to the other side via the lock

A very nice, stylish construction with stainless steel ropes. A real eye-catcher !
