A varied circular hike is offered by the "Culture Landscape Trail inStockelbach", which is offered by the Friends of Nature Weinstadt e.V. With this circular route, all elements of our cultural landscape can be experienced along the edge of the Keuperstufen: Vineyards, meadow orchards, streams, the sculpture avenue at the NaturFreundehausStockelbach with the unique view over the Waiblingen Bay, the virgin forest and finally the historic town center with its historic half-timbered houses.

The approximately 8 km long circular route starts at the Steinwiesen car park (community hall) instockinglbach. Via the Lindhalde, on the summit of which Mesolithic hunters and gatherers once had a resting place (10,000 BC), the path leads through the vineyards of Gastenklinge and Koppen along the edge of the forest to a geological outcrop of siliceous sandstone. Via the Traufweg at the edge of the Schiessackerhaus forest, past the strongly bubbling Hau-Brünnele, we continue to the Silcher-Linden-Plätzle. Through vineyards you come above the Hüttentobel with a short detour to the Säuplatz-Brünnele and back to the route to the Eichle with the Hüttenbach-Brünnele.
