Caves near Hohlenstein in Felsenholz, it has several caves and a very nice observation deck with barbecue. There are no signs, no signs how to get to the caves. I have inserted a map in my clip, from the Hohlensteinerstrasse follow the meadow path to the caves. To the viewing platform, the path is secured with wire rope. Climbers get their money's worth on the steep east face, it has about 40 routes.

Mountain biking

The Hohlensteiner caves between Sitterdorf and Zihlschlacht have historical and touristic value, even if they were originally created artificially. According to the traditions, the population of Bischofszeller sought refuge in these caves in 1419 after a city fire. The caves can be reached with good footwear and nationally known as climbing rocks (about 12 routes). It can also be stayed overnight.

The caves are a bit hidden and are not particularly well known. It has a great barbecue area and you are guaranteed to be away from all the tourists, because almost only locals know the place.
