The church is in a beautiful old round village on a mountain. A really nice old village center.

On one of the highest elevations of the circle Stormarn in Schleswig-Holstein lies Eichede. In the middle of the round village complex stands the church built in 1757 in Eichede. Around the church is one of the two cemeteries of the parish.Standing in front of the building at the right time, the two church bells ring out. The smaller one is a C-bell. She already pleased the Eichedeer with her sound in the previous church. Thus it belongs to the parts of the Church with the most moving history. The bell witnessed the Reformation and survived the World Wars. It was not melted down like many other bells for the production of ammunition during World War II. The larger bell is an A-bell from the year 1959. It bears the inscription: Faithful, he who calls you, he will do it too. (1 Thess. 5:24)In the sanctuary you can see more historical pieces. These include the baptismal font and the high altar. Although the pulpit, like baptismal font and altar, was made in Baroque style, it is a replica.indekark.de/index.php?id=170
