The junior wanted to go to the island again by bike. It was again quite windy but also nice and sunny. Unfortunately, I got a flat tire on the way back, so the last two kilometers were covered on foot. Quickly repaired the bike at the accommodation and then went straight to the Ozeaneum.

After we went from Lübeck to Wismar in 2024 and from Wismar to Rostock in 2025, the junior wanted to continue along the Baltic Sea coast again this year. So we went with rain and tailwind from Rostock to Prerow and tomorrow we will continue to Stralsund.

Junior had a concert rehearsal and I used the time for a short MTB ride.
It was 90% paths I didn't know yet, and so the tour was all the more beautiful. Nice forest and field paths and magical trails.

A nice, relaxed round through the Harz. It went from Gernrode station (where there are plenty of free parking spaces) along the Teufelsmauer to Thale and from there to the GDR Museum. From there, it continued to Blankenburg and then via Langenstein to Quedlinburg, where we made a stop at the brewery.
