According to the inscription, the town hall was built in 1599. During the Thirty Years' War, a large part of the community was destroyed by fires, the town hall was preserved thanks to the stone rectory from 1589, which is diagonally opposite and shielded the town hall from the fire. An annex was built on the east side in the 19th century. In 1980 the original design was restored through a renovation. Today, among other things, the local history museum is located in the building.
