Best Hikes to Lichtenhainer Waterfall Tram Station

Tips

  • The "yellow one" simply belongs in the Kirnitzschtal ... Be careful when driving - oncoming traffic - and also park at the route - note the minimum distance to the track!

  • The Kirnitzschtalbahn has been taking visitors from Bad Schandau to the Lichtenhainer waterfall since 1898, always along the picturesque Kirnitzsch river. It is the only tram that runs through a national park.

  • Memories awaken here, as a child I used to drive the Gotha cars through my hometown. You should take the train to the Kirnitzschtal, so that the street is not blocked with parked cars and the beauty of the valley suffers.
