The former Hoeschgelände has developed into a versatile industrial area around the remaining industrial plants. In addition, there are leisure centers such as the Bergmannbier brewery, the Warsteiner Music Hall or the Phoenix Lake with its nice refreshments, for example.

Good location for standup paddling, boat trip or just relax. Very busy on the weekend. With separate pedestrian skater and bike path but stress-free.
