Woke up to the rain, raced down to Ponton Bajo to shelter in a cozy bar for two hours, and cycled back to the parking lot at Siles right after. A nice and mellow ending to our trip of Sierra de Cazorla!

A little bit of a rough start from the campsite, almost immediately following some kind of goat trail up the hills. But it got better and better, especially once hitting another JF gravel road. Once the first Refugio is reached, the riding gets quite pleasant. I enjoyed seeing all of the refugios here

The last singletrack

Started the day with a lovely gravel road leading up to a dirt road that took us higher into the mountains, all with relatively cyclable gradients. The only tricky bit came in the form of some forest singletrack (GR247) at the end of the day, leading us to Refugio La Garza. The inside was a little dusty

Starting the day with a pretty tough hike-a-bike, and I decided we'd snip some parts of the bikepacking.com GR247 route, in favor of some more paved roads with bars and cafes for extra Spanish experiences. Cycling along the embalse was a fantastic experience; so was the
