@Belén Castelló (belletoscan) and I are in Kyrgyzstan! Before we set off on a long series of bike rides in this incredible country, we took a group of 7 people on a guided photography trip.

One of the places we visited is called Turparkul valley, situated right below the mighty Peak Lenin (7134m) at

Time to complete the Zillertal Trail! On this last day there was one more pass to scale, after cycling through the valley between Lutago, Brunico and Vintl for about 40km.

The weather was totally on our side, and the early morning ride went super smooth. We purchased some lunch for the way up in Brunico

Ting ting! The 7am alarm clock and a strong alpine breakfast at Pfitscherjoch Haus initiated the morning of our second day on the Zillertal Trail. Descending into Austria, a beautiful and savage valley path guided us away from the pass, towards the Schlegeisspeicher glacial lake. We tried to ride most

Here we were turning the Zillertal Trail into a long weekend adventure in preparation for the komoot launch! To accommodate the half-day ride, we chose a different starting point compared to the official itinerary: Vipiteno / Sterzing train station (instead of Brunico / Bruneck station).

Camino de Santiago or the St James Way is a pilgrimage of Medieval origin to the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela in Galicia, North West of Spain. There are quite a few official routes and, having already cycled the Portuguese way in the past, I was happy to discover a new one: The Northern Route

Day four of our Camino adventure, the final stretch! @Belén Castelló (belletoscan) and I started out in Arzúa, where the Camino del Norte meets the french Camino, thus making the trail quite busy and lively as everyone is so close to making it to Santiago!

We kept to the official trail for a while, but

Day three of our Camino adventure! @Belén Castelló (belletoscan) and I started from the Parador hotel in Vilalba to cycle around 41km to a rural hotel named BiTerra. A blue sky and sunshine greeted us this morning and persisted throughout the day, which made the ride all the better!
