Today I went to Brunnthal again 🤗
The route was either MTB-style or main road 🤷♂️ And in the forest, it was quite slippery on the descents due to forestry work 😵💫
But at least I made good progress on the Mainradweg. The weather was really great again today, so it was a nice ride 🥳

Did the popular loop via Waldhaus with Manfred in wonderful autumn weather. At least we managed to get a delicious Fleischkäsbrötchen at the butcher in Eisenbach 😛

To finish today, with the best weather, we did a nice loop through het Schuitwater. Wooden walkways and small bridges are all still very well preserved and passable 👍🏻

First big round 🥳 Luckily there's a lot to see here, as the demands of the route are rather low 😬 But good for the thighs. Legs are working again but wrists and hands are still causing concern. It will get better!!!!

The next small round took us to the IJsselmeer today. Total headwind but great weather on the way there and for that a shower and stormy tailwind on the way back. You can choose which is better 🤣🤣🤣 Nice little town of Urk with picturesque alleys and a large marina... Holland you know 🤗🤗🤗

Ok, it was quite hot, but I felt like a bike ride. So, an hour at full throttle first through the forest up to the Frankfurter and then via Raibach and Klein Umstadt to Langstandt. Then finally back through the forest to Groß- Umstadt and home. Short ride but very intense. Now first an ice-cold Paulaner 🍻

Today, second attempt at the Odenwaldrunde 🥳
Wonderful loop via Zell and then an eternal uphill through the super shady forest to the Vielbrunn airfield. Rewarded with the great 6 km descent to Breitenbrunn and then familiar paths towards home 🤗
Started early and therefore it was still halfway refreshing.

Very relaxed round trip to Seligenstadt for the obligatory Leberkäs'Weck at Metzger Becker 😋😋😋
On the way back, a quick stop by the chickens and then into the cool place 🤗 Antje is slowly but surely being introduced to her first Grand Fondo 🤭

Pretty chilly this morning, but the sun was already peeking through the fog patches. So I went for a nice loop through the fields to Nieder-Ramstadt. Then, from Waschenbach onwards, there were plenty of elevation meters to collect, and it went through the forest to Groß-Bieberau and back home via the usual paths 🤗
