Stippvisite beim neuen Mooshäuschen 🚴🏻
Leute, bringt Moos mit und stopft es in die Wände! Der Siebenschläfer will nach dem Drama zurückgelockt werden. Kinder krümelten a la Hänsel & Gretel Erdnüsse und Weintrauben zum Mooshäuschen. Es sieht richtig toll aus!

Zickezacke ⛰️ über Wölmisse & obere Saalehori 🚴🏻
Eine meiner Lieblingsstrecken, endlos variierbar, schön wurzelig, bergig, traillastig! Danach ging es mir auch wieder besser, heute war irgendwie ein Kopfschmerztag. Überstanden und mit ein paar schönen Stunden aufm Rad abgeschlossen.

Einfach mal von A ➡️ B entlang der Saale🏃♀️
..und jetzt schmerzt der Zeh. Asphalt ist nicht meins (obwohl es stellenweise gut lief), aber irgenwann machte sich mein im März lädierter kleiner Zeh bemerkbar, der damals im Dunkeln zielsicher die schmalste Kante fand, die sich ihm bot. Es nützt nix, weiter geht's. Durchschnittsgeschwindigkeit passt irgendwie nicht zur Gesamtzeit, mhh.

Der gestrige Up- & Downhill-Tag steckte mir noch ein bissel in den Beinen. Die fühlten sich ein wenig schwer an, und mein Magen leer. Schön war's trotzdem!
