Harrogate circular from N Leeds
Trip to Specialized Harrogate for software update that it didn’t need! Tried a new way up Stone Rings Road but was blocked.

I take it Specialized don't let you do software updates yourself? Both my Orbea and my mrs Liv (part of Giant) eMTBs update through their apps along with loads of tweaks and configuration changes you can play with

Transpennine Trail Elsecar Heritage Centre – Thurgoland Tunnel loop
Wasn’t exactly mountain biking - 90 per cent off road on the transpennine trail. Tarmac, gravel, mud. I enjoyed the ride but railway cycle paths are a bit boring.

Nidd Gorge circular
Lovely walk lovely weather. Stopped by river for lunch and forgot to start watch again as per!! Pretty straightforward anyway. Cold drink at the Gardeners Arms when finished - Sam Smiths which is a shame but nice garden area.

Temple Newsam circular
Suprisingly fun riding the gravel cycle track beside new ring road/by pass. Mostly off road cycle tracks and paths.Lunch at temple newsam cafe and welcome cold drink at the Roundhay Fox

Forest of Dean circular from Cinderford
Nice easy ride through forest. Gravel seems to consist of lots of different surfaces! Loads of trails - easy to take the wrong one as I did several times!!

Local loop the loop
Nice fairly easy, quiet ride. Few stops to pass the time of day with folk. Lovely bit of off road after Harewood bridge alongside the Wharfe - heron and kingfisher spotted. Various surfaces covered.

Love Clumber
Been here with granddaughter for few days. She’s loved it on her bike. She did 8 miles with me yesterday off road. Her first time. I just had another short one this morning. Loads of tracks.
