Denton Moor circular
Back route to Ilkley then up over Denton Moor. Which was hard going in places, lots of deep ruts and believe it or not, big muddy ones. Not done that route before. Great views.

Cheddar Gorge circular
Lovely ride from Coxley to Cheddar Gorge. Deerleap was a little taxing! Coming. Down the gorge was epic. Some good places for bird watching on the levels and never seen so many swans.

Walton Hill/Polden Way ( here there and everywhere)
Nice walk. Mostly in woodland. Os map footpaths either have mystically vanished or so overgrown you can’t get past, so at the NT car park by the youth hostel cross the road to join the path to do a circular.

Coxley Wick/Glastonbury/Avalon Mashes circular
Mostly flat country roads and gravel track through marshes. Lots a wildfowl. Best off heading straight for Glastonbury from Coxley instead of the bit we did.. Lovely cafe at the museum in Glastonbury.

Coxley Wick to Wells circular
Walk from lovely Old Ford Cottage to Wells. To Wells was pleasant the way back past the sewage works not so 😂. Wells is a lovely city.

Hunting bridleways
Wanted to explore some local off rd routes. One by the Wharfe after Harewood Bridge is nice. Next one from Clapgate to Kirkby Overblow not so. Gets very narrow and rocky - need to pick your lines, keep your balance, concentrate and sometimes push. Very tiring. Stopped at Harlow Carr…

Woodlhall Spa from Tetford circular
Nice easy ride until the hill out of Horncastle. Beautiful vista at the top.. The Spa rail path is nice . Didn’t need battery much until last bit.

Tetford off road circular
Some great off road routes. Cycling through the rape seed field was different! Had to wipe it off shorts and jacket when I got back. All good fun.
