Easy and not difficult tour to the Grüntensee. Initially, it goes uphill over a beautiful root path. The way back is mostly on an asphalted road, but is loosened up in between by a short forest section on a root path. Overall, a pleasant round without particular difficulties.

The ascent via the "Hohe Gang" (Part 1) is rightly marked as "Only for the experienced". Ropes or steps don't help everywhere, so sure-footedness and a head for heights are required. At Sabachjoch, it is not imperative to follow the GPS track towards Schneid. The upper path is exposed and significantly more demanding than the otherwise easy tour.
The path is more for climbers. I turned back!!!
To Schneetalalm, you can easily continue on the lower path below Schneid towards Hochjoch

Today, wellness hiking was actually planned: up with the gondola, leisurely across the Schmugglersteig and relaxed back down. 😄
