Together with my daughter, I walked a loop through the historic Hanseatic city of Doesburg.
First, we walked a bit along the IJssel, where the water level is extremely low, then through the old center and had a coffee break.

What a fantastically beautiful hike, and what a beautiful part of the Netherlands this is, and the town of 's-Heerenberg has beautiful old buildings and a beautiful castle.

I found it a nice route, it's just a shame that a part of it is neglected, which forced me to struggle through nettles and thorny branches in my shorts (see photo 32, that's supposed to be a path).

Started at Theeschenkerij De Groote Modderkolk and first enjoyed a cappuccino there, (Natuurmonumenten is also located here).
