Something pulled me back from Komoot - now I've found something I like about it again.



This time we went with the rigid gear over cobblestones, loose sand and all kinds of impassable ground. From time to time I had to push - but the mill drove faster on gravel than on asphalt - probably only flying is nicer 👍

The better half went to sleep before the night shift, while today I have half a day off and switch to late - my plan to do a 100km tour with the rigid gear failed because I absolutely couldn't get out of bed 🤣



Driving at night is demanding, now not only the hills from the Scheibesee were added, but also

I didn't quite agree on the route so I just went for it. After Kahsel, however, a black, dark wall came towards me - for Bräsinchen it was actually announced that it was raining. When I got back to the reservoir, the cloud was gone, which is why I continued around the reservoir.



I slowly crank myself

- that's how it seems when I say that I do the same lap at least once a week. On the other hand, it is actually very demanding, as you can hardly step calmly, as smaller hills always alternate.



This time the lap again with the fixed gear - but I'm really done because I'm trying to avoid using the brakes

I've always wanted to have a fixie or at least a single speed - then of course there was a nice one nearby in the bay purely by chance, but with an ugly dirt handlebar that you can clear the road with. But that's not a problem. I've been out 2-3 times the last few days to adjust and run in.

I'm slowly preparing for winter - also (briefly) out in the dark. I thought the transition clothes would do it, but it was pretty cool.

The training plan for the cold season is in place - reduce the kilometers and increase the intensity. A little speed can't hurt as long as the roads allow it.



Lamp test

... everyone said it. Well, I bought my RR new slippers and put the "good", worn-in ones on my fixie. - I think I learned how to ride a bike again today. Now you have to keep your balance right away! The carrot rolls around at a remarkable pace, very relaxed.

The weather didn't look so promising, but my legs itched a lot and if I hadn't driven, I would have been annoyed again. So quickly out with the bike. Again with short clothes. Now at home quickly in the shower - including bike and clothes, as nice as it looked before the tour, everything is dirty 🤣

I kind of love the area back there, always close to the water. The hill at the adventure park could have been tinkered a little higher, towards Bärenbrück you can easily get 60 things on it. As a former motorcyclist, the curves are of course twice as much fun 👍

A clean bike is known to be faster than a muddy one. I hope it's socially acceptable that I've paused bad sections of the trail and the last few kilometers to roll out. I was doing so well that I didn't really want to screw up the cut 🤣
