First of all, the pictures where on the map are drawn are a mess and were entered by Komoot. We left Kochel and hiked along the Kalmbach, which has many steps, up to a bank from which we continued to the right with a slight up and down to the Lainbach waterfall. This case is really nice. The downward path of the stream of the same name is also tough. We skipped the visit to the hydroelectric power station because of time pressure to reach the ship in Schlehdorf at 3 p.m. Unfortunately it was missed. There was a break in the well-rated Fischerwirt before the last ship to Kochel cast off. (4.30 p.m.) For fans of waterfalls, this tour is a must 😊

Well, had the bad luck that the center of Erding was a construction site. But really a nice place.

What do you do when the Tour de France pauses? Well in the original kick! A few steps slower, but our home with the sights is not bad either.

Once around the Kochelsee. A hike that will surely only last once. Mostly only asphalt, so not easy on the joints and that at over 30 degrees. Unfortunately, this route is not so good to cycle on either. There were enough beautiful views, unfortunately too little shade. A stream crossing was closed without warning, because of a long detour we did not obey the rules.

Poor Felix, he's probably still suffering from his injury. We took over his beautiful hike, in the opposite direction. This waterfall is simply photogenic, no matter from which point you photograph it. There were hardly any people to be found on the route. A short but nice hike.

Moosburg, home town of a friend and for the second time there by bike. But before the start, there was a traffic jam right in front of Moosburg, because of course everyone wanted to use federal highways. Moosburg itself is worth seeing. And the area with the many hills anyway.
At Kemoden you should take a break at the Stembach and the pond! Quiet and idyllic location.
Kronwinkel Castle, really worth seeing and the other cappuccino break with apple strudel you shouldn't miss at Gasthaus Forster at the Echinger reservoir, known for its fauna, according to my recommendation.
It was a beautiful day, sunny and not too hot.

Parking and admission are expensive, but it's worth visiting. One of the largest waterfalls in the Black Forest. Sometimes steep ascent, but pleasantly shadyatt

Day 2, this time on Schuster Rappen, a very beautiful and varied hike. The humidity was a problem, luckily there was also a lot of forest with shade. The castle itself is very busy under normal times. Weddings etc.

It was 19 years ago, Durbach and grape harvest. At that time I wanted to know what it felt like to be a winemaker. I have to admit: "A backbreaking job"! But it served my knowledge as a wine lover. Ochsle or grapes, I was here today because of the great landscape.
The Lothar memorial, erected on the occasion of the eponymous storm in 1999, primeval as he lived, his violence could even be seen in Munich, was our goal.
Unfortunately the view to the Feldberg (highest mountain in the Black Forest) was cloudy, also the Vosges with Strasbourg> a disappointment!
Our expectations were met all the more with Gengenbach. These buildings, these city gates, these alleys (including Engelgasse), simply to fall in love with. Unfortunately we could not use the time there. 5 p.m. was a compulsory test due to Corona🤨
