Bärenköpferunde
Heute das erste Mal über 10km gelaufen.
Bergab ist Obacht angesagt das man den Fuss micht nach innen dreht, sonst Aua.
Aber ich bin zufrieden.

The trail in the front part of the Bärenköpfe up to the 2nd fork is heavily overgrown and you collect quite a bit.
The trail up to the Hasenspring has mighty fern forests that are up to 1.8m high and the path goes right through the middle and is hardly used.
It was really fun again🥰🙋♂️

The knee is now doing very well in terms of movement, strength training is now missing.
Unfortunately, a cervical spine incident is handicapping me now, including frozen shoulder and tingling in the fingers (MRI is still pending).

Reharunde am Oderteich
So heute gibt es wieder ein Lebenszeichen nach längerer Zeit🙋♂️ nach dem Unfall am 02.05.
Das innere Kreuzband wurde erstmal nicht operiert, der Meniskus und Schleimbeutel bei Athroskopie am 19.05. repariert, damit ich so schnell wie möglich wieder laufen kann ( O-Ton Professor😅)
Sonst wären 7Monate harte lähmende Arbeit mein…

Bettlersteigüberquerung Ober-/Untersalzbachtal
War anders gedacht, fand aber ein abrupdes Ende.
Falls sich jemand gefragt hat warum ich aus dem Urlaub nix mehr poste, ich bin wieder in Deutschland und warte auf das Ergebnis für mein linkes Knie.
Die Bergrettung leistet jedenfalls hervorragende Arbeit.

Wasserfallweg Untersulzbachtal und Friedburg 1150m
Ein bischen zum Warmlaufen am Anreisetag
-Wasserfallrundweg Untersulzbachtal
ergänzt mit Schaubergwerk von außen (geführt geöffnet ab Juli)
-ergänzt mit 50% Weg zu den beiden Hochalmen (noch nicht geöffnet)
-einer Restlawine und jede Menge Wasser, Rauschen und Traumaussichten.
Außerdem spontan am Rückweg den Rundweg über die Ruine Friedburg erweitert.
