Loop ride on paths and carriageways. Walkable in any season; cool in summer. San Bernardo historical point and outpost of the Resistance. On August 20 the party is organized on the lawn. Water not on the route, but with a small detour to the left before taking the return path (after San Bernardo). 5/10 minutes.

Panoramic ring with passage from Lago good. Walkable all year. The descent from the Madonna dei cieli is very steep but equipped with ropes. In spring many blooms. No water on the route, but present in the town of Lavacchielli (both on the road and in the inhabited area). For a short excursion or picnic you can do a / r Pian del monte - Lago buono.

Tour recommended from October to June. The first part takes place on carriages in the middle of chestnut woods. The part on Groppo di Gorro is not recommended in the hot period as it is completely uncovered, also not recommended in case of rain or fog. The few sections on asphalt are on traffic-free roads. There is no water on the course.

As soon as this "bad story" ends, I hope for everyone soon, we will return with my wife Anna, to those areas. We met and frequented them very well at the turn of the 80s because they were special areas for winter kayaking, Vara, Taro (the famous Taro meeting), the Bagnone (in Lunigiana a torrent not for many) the Taverone down at the bottom above Aulla. Today we no longer go kayaking and frankly we no longer want to "get stressed like then" but by bike absolutely yes. Hi Guido

Arrived almost at the top of the quarry you have to bring your bike by hand for a few tens of meters until you take the path to go down to the paved road that leads to the inhabitants

Spectacular is an easy excursion, for those who are trained and used to walking for more than 3/4 hours with departure and arrival from the center of the village of Borgo Val di Taro. Through the CAI path towards Cavanna and Macinarsi you arrive at IL POZZO where you will find the first water point, from there you go down to Grillo Tronco and before you get there you will pass in a characteristic "Muffler" created by a tributary of the Vona torrent, here a long climb begins, the only one a little demanding, towards pradetto and from there along the ridge you will arrive at Monte Santa Donna. Here you turn right and start the long descent towards Porcigatone, water point near the church is even earlier from the cemetery, and Ghirardi houses inside the homonymous WWF oasis, from here we took the purple path and the QUT path for the return to town.
