Cyclassics 2025
Meist in der 2. Augusthälfte ist Hamburg im Rennradfieber, es ist Cyclassics-Zeit. Dieses Jahr waren wieder mehr als 11.000 Teilnehmer bei den Jedermann-Rennen dabei. Tanja, Beat, Marco und ich sind traditionell dabei, für mich war es heute der 12. Start. Start ist an der Alster in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Dammtor und dann geht es zügig in den Hamburger Westen, danach wird über Schenefeld, Appen, Holm in Wedel die Elbe erreicht. Nach gut 35 Kilometer wird es dann hügelig und über den Kösterberg geht es via Elbchaussee zurück in die Hamburger City. Noch kurz die Nachtschwärmer auf der Reeperbahn begrüßen und dann ist man auch schon auf der Zielgerade auf der Mönckebergstraße, wo immer eine fantastische Atmosphäre herrscht. Da man meist gegen 7 Uhr startet, ist man rechtzeitig um 10 Uhr zurück zum Familienfrühstück und kann den Rest des Sonntags auschillen. Das zügige Fahren auf den autofreien Straßen und das bei bestem Wetter war wie immer super und es hat riesigen Spaß gemacht.
