Das Wetter war passend zur Jahreszeit grau, aber immerhin nicht so kalt. Der Wegabschnitt hier ist immer wieder schön. Etwas wehmütig denke ich, wenn ich heute hier entlang gehe, an den herrlichen Wanderweg, der früher hier entlang führte. Die Betonsicheringen und das Schottern des Weges haben diesem viel von seinem Charme genommen. Die Aussicht aber ist immer noch grandios.

A visit to Breitenstein is always lovely. But on Boxing Day, with glorious sunshine and none of the icy winds of the previous days, it's simply magical.
