A big day on the big bike! Early season meant some very fresh snow and slow, difficult riding, but this stunning forest is not a place to rush through. Moose tracks everywhere and glittering snow on the ancient forest - simply stunning!

We hosted our first ever Run Healing Workshop in Ambleside! It was an incredible day with trail running, yoga (my first class!), breathing/meditation, and sharing and working towards healing relationships with food and exercise. Feeling so grateful for this opportunity to bring people together like this 💕🙏
