Conkers 3 mile Freet Run
Very nice, level mostly and a few dog walkers so not as secluded as it looks thankfully. Big ache in calves with first barefoot run due to toe pad landing rather than heal landing. Interesting to not be as fatigued in barefoot opposed to running in sponge soles :)

Mont des Cats circular
An easy walk in a slightly hilly area, but it's mostly farm land with some interesting mini roadside chaples. There were quite a lot of quiet backroads and paths, but some were unpassable and caused me to turn back a few times. I think the area would be more interesting…

Always beautiful here and easy to park. Dog walkers, runners, cyclists and buggies share the path with the wildlife :)

Scenic circuit with just a little road.
Lovely places to go through. Can be walked too. Conkers area and Moira Furnace are busy at weekends and Bank Holidays :)
