A short but sweet hike today in the Lahn Valley in Cramberg, between Balduinstein and Laurenburg:



From Cramberg, the trail descends in beautiful switchbacks to the Lahn River. There, we spotted a narrow, wild riverside path on the other side of the paved road, so we turned back and crossed the Lahn bridge

Today I had a lovely hike, one I hadn't expected at all... The tour was surprisingly full of paths and started at the beautiful Engelsberg Monastery overlooking the Main River, then went past the Felsenmeer (Sea of Rocks) and the Hunnenstein (Hunnenstein), and continued along classic mountain bike trails

Without high expectations, we did a little extra hike around Nassau Castle today, and lo and behold, it was much nicer than we thought! My hiking heart was in heaven on the exciting trails 😍 While trying to go all the way around the castle itself (counter-clockwise), we only got as far as a completely

Finally hiked around the Hohe Lay in Nassau today 👍 It's a great area around Weinähr in general, with the Goethepunkt via ferrata and the incredibly pristine Jammertal valley...

Today, under glorious sunshine, I enjoyed a short but surprisingly exciting hike in the Dortebachtal nature reserve near Cochem.



Contrary to the brief description on Komoot, sure footing is definitely required in a few places around the waterfall... The adventure factor was definitely there! 👍 Highly

Today I went hiking again in my local Spessart region... The highlight was definitely a path that runs very close to the Eule-Beule climbing crag, offering great views of the climbing routes without having to climb them yourself.

The Pulsbach Gorge (unjustly relatively unknown), which seemed like something out of a fairytale world, paired with some superbly beautiful sections of the Rheinsteig trail.

Highly recommended for an after-work hike 💪

Today we did a beautiful little hike. Starting at the romantic Schmausemühle, the hike follows the Baybachklamm dream loop for a few kilometers before joining beautiful sections of the Rabenlay trekking trail. However, one path is relatively overgrown, and we have to take a detour.

After a somewhat tough first few kilometers, the hike in the Brexbachtal valley was really fun in the second half 😍
