Prostate cancer survivor, born again mountain biker, also road bike and hiking, being outdoors and trying to stay fit and healthy is my therapy, I also help run “Prostate Pedallers” a local cancer support group and charity for men with prostate cancer, we encourage mental and physical resilience through cycling.
