Well signposted the EA 1... Nice little loop with very good ups and downs.... Fantastic nature and rock faces washed out over millions of years.
Small tip: don't necessarily start after 10 am... Then you can also enjoy this wonderful loop, as there are still manageable amounts of tourists.

Short report on all 3 stages of this bike tour on the Unstrut cycle path: basically easy to ride with a trekking bike... Partially very beautiful sections and quiet, deserted cycle paths.
Negative:
Good half of the green cycle path signs are faded and no longer legible... Also the blue Unstrut cycle path
