The weather was the star of the ride. Incredible temperature for October.
The highlight was a spitfire passing overhead before the drop into Hungerford.
The lowlight was first puncture in 13 years! On the back wheel of course. Which is a minor faff with fixed gear.

A trip to Henley for a natter, curry, cake and custard. The route was flat as a pancake and mostly away from busy roads. There were plenty of traffic free lanes with the odd dirt track. These were dry and easy-peasy on 28mm slick tyres.
