Just beyond the border the drizzle started. Soon after it turned into moderate but persistent rain. Surface was treacherous in wooded spaces, the smells of damp and foilage refreshing. After 3 hours the rain stopped and headwind came into play. Luckyly windforce 4 felt milder than forecasted.

Halfway through the course as I shifted under load, the chain fell of tension pulley for the second time. Upon investigation I've realized the bearing is history. It seemed to be worse than it was, managed to cycle home in emergency mode.
