Ich möchte mit genügend Bewegung einfach nur fit bleiben, ohne Anspruch auf Höchstleistungen. Habe mir vorgenommen, täglich und bei jedem Wetter 1-2 Stunden zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad draußen zu sein. Für mich ist der Weg das Ziel, daher bin ich sehr viel vor der Haustür in der Region Hannover (oder da, wo ich gerade wegen Besorgungen, zu Besuch oder im Urlaub bin) draußen. Weil sich manche Wege natürlich x-mal wiederholen, stelle ich längst nicht alles hier für euch rein.
Komoot habe ich Ende 2020 entdeckt. Dabei gefallen mir die Möglichkeiten zum Austausch sowie viele Anregungen für Wanderungen oder Radtouren sehr.
