It could have been so beautiful 🥺I was exactly at 9 o'clock in front of the tourist information center in Diez to pick up your stamp ... then I took 2.8 tons of flyers with me and started marching 🚶‍♂️ well… that Komoot wanted to send me through a train tunnel, we don't even notice 🤫 there probably created a suicide tour 🤦‍♂️ by detours I got on the right route 🤙 but the ascent reminded me why I always pushed this stage before me. I had a lot of respect for it. I also read through some tour descriptions and because I have had problems with the sciatica for weeks anyway, I wasn't sure whether I would make it because 900 meters of altitude is not entirely without it for me. But it went surprisingly well 🤘🏻 I really took EVERY bench to rest with ... but I would have pulled it off if ... yes, if the weathermen would do their job better 🤬 I check the weather before every tour, rain doesn't bother me because when it is supposed to rain I only take my rain jacket with me Today there was no talk of rain 🥺 so I had nothing with me 🤷‍♂️ 2-3 km before Laurenburg a shower came down that caught me in the middle of the field. I was wet except for the underbody 😂😂😂 it's just water, I thought to myself, the sun will come out soon and I'll get dry ... but it didn't really stop ... Unnnndddd thennnnn she still came out: the 🌞… well, it didn’t stop raining 🤨 in order not to get sick I decided to interrupt the stage… and only 9 km from the finish 🥺🥺🥺
Arrived at the train station in Laurenburg, I buy the ticket ... crouch in the cabin ... and the fucking sun comes out again 🖕🖕🖕 rain stops and there is great weather 👀 you feel a bit ripped 🤐
About the tour itself: crisp climbs, even crisper descents 😜 that really get on your knees but I would have imagined it to be worse. I would have had an increase in front of me, but that wouldn't be the end of the world either.
You are several kilometers on the LahnHÖHENweg. Before that I had jitters but that was absolutely unproblematic because everything is in bloom at the moment you can't see the abyss 😂😂😂 I didn't have a bad feeling at any point. I even enjoyed the view of the valley from the viewpoints.
Both castles are privately owned. But since the gate to the Schaumburg was open ... 😇 there was really nothing from private property. So I'm in, I was looking for a bank and was just about to eat my bread roll when someone ran out ... "It's private property, you can't just come in ..." well, I just told him dryly: show it Please give me the sign ... "It's hanging on the gate ..." Spoiler: There was nothing at the gate except that you shouldn't drive with scooters in the inner courtyard 😆🤣😂 as an excuse I would have liked a guided tour through the castle 🧐🤨😎
Well ... after the Schaumburg I had a low, the way through the fields zoooooooog itself. You think you have already walked 5 km easily, turn around and the stupid castle is just 10 meters behind you 😖
But as soon as you dive back into the woods, everything is fine again 😍
I would really like to have finished the stage but it shouldn't have been 😧 will finish the remaining 9-10 km this week 🤘🏻 this time with a rain jacket even in 35 degrees heat 🥵
      Oh, I didn't get a 🍦
It was a shitty tour 🤬😂

10:30 am, I've been lazy on the couch for 5 hours. Ey ... I can be lazy! After all, I'm on vacation 😍🤘🏻 I'm getting hungry 🥺 but cooking? On holiday? Um ... Nööööööö? 🙄 but I should move a little bit because some sloths 🦥 drive their cycle down so far that they accidentally die 😱
Zack I stood at the front door with my backpack and started walking ... where? Following my nose 👃 and it led me to a delicious lunch 🍽 the few KM up to then led me through our beautiful forest 🌳🌳🌳 past the consulate of Batmanistan 🦇 and to visit all old friends 🐄🐎🐑🐏🐓🐂 we all know village children by the name 🤷‍♂️👋
But when I saw Franz 🐗 on my plate I said an Ave Maria for him and enjoyed it 🤤 that's how it is in the village: eat and be eaten 🤷‍♂️ In the restaurant I met an old friend and a littlebit is gossiping da but since I wasn't far back it wasn't that bad, only then ... then I noticed something 😱 you too? Anyone who follows my tours will know ... jeeeeenau ... the obligatory 🍦 missing 😱😱😱 so off to the ice cream factory 😇 in the few extra kilometers you can burn off the calories well 🤔
Met other acquaintances on the way, had a short chat, Berta told me that she gave very tasty milk this morning 🥛 so of course I stopped at our milk filling station.
Funny facts: at home I look into my backpack ... see an umbrella in there ... look out, 25-26 degrees ... laugh for a moment and leave it at home ... and now guess what caught me just before the ice cream factory? A rain shower 🌧 but do you know what is good about village life? In every street you know someone where you can hide 😂 and since I was only 23.73 meters from my parents' house ... 😇 I scorched a piece of cake 🥮 and a cappuccino ☕️ and waited until the rain stopped. In addition, played a bit with our Princess Mona 🐶 and Zack ... again an hour was over 🤷‍♂️
But now quickly the 28.62 meters to the ice cream factory ... 🤤🍦
3 balls: poppy seed marzipan, melon and salty caramel 😍🥰😍
Happy I ran home the last few kilometers. After what felt like 10 years, the route that I ran as a looser without Komoot for 6-7 months EVERY day. Memories… 🥰
Not a tour that none of you should follow because I was just hungry and slapped 🤓 I only liked it because there are all paths "around the corner" ... and to be honest I just wanted to test whether I could do the much longer and strenuous stages of the Lahn-Camino can trust me because I have been struggling with inflamed sciatica for weeks 😭 Today it was okay so I'll try it ... Keep your fingers crossed for me ✊🏼✊🏼😂

Since I'm going to football Football tomorrow after FFM and therefore have no day a week to relax, I wanted to do a nice lap nearby today. You could choose between the Hessenpark and the "Vogelburg". But since I finally wanted to eat out on the way 🍽 and the only yard around the Vogelburg was still open, the choice fell on the Hessen Park 🤷‍♂️
I absolutely have not regretted the choice, although the tour did not go as planned 🤦‍♂️
Hessenpark is something special. Over 100 buildings that were dismantled throughout Hesse and rebuilt here hier houses, shops, schools, churches, chapels or windmills 😍 there is nothing that doesn't exist there! You can enter all buildings and either it looks like it used to look in the buildings or there are very exciting exhibitions.
There are also some great animals, many of which are critically endangered. So Hessenpark is a little Noah's Ark 😀 the great nature is also something special in there. There are benches everywhere where you can sit down and enjoy the peace and quiet ... there are playgrounds for the kiddies ... some food and drink stands. In selected places you can even have a nice picnic 🧺 You can really spend the whole day there (admission is not cheap so you should do that too)
I spent 3 hours in there and I probably didn't see half of it. I've already exceeded an hour because the tour today was really planned to the minute because you only get hot food in the Talhof until 2:30 p.m. 😳 I'm difficult 🫀 out there shortly after 1 and I'm quickly to the Talhof. The area around Hessenpark is also mega beautiful 🤩🌲🌳🌸🌺🌷🌼 But I was probably so flashed from Hessenpark that even the surface of Mars would seem beautiful to me 🧐🤷‍♂️😂
When I almost docked at the Talhof I just thought to myself: ah duuu 💩 all tables outside are occupied so unfortunately I had to eat inside. Well, it doesn't matter ... before I mix uffreesch, I'll make the best of it because on the menu I saw Frankfurter Schnitzel with green sauce 🤤🤤🤤
But the whole thing had a hitch ... since it was so busy I waited 1 1/2 hours for my meal 🙄😑 that has finally messed up my schedule 😲 I had to be home at 4:30 pm ... so I had to make the tour pretty short actually I intended to "break down" the calories from the green sauce by another 10 km 🤣 unfortunately that was no longer possible 🥺 I really would have liked to spend more time in the corner. By the way, the food was delicious 🤤 on a tour like this I would have to eat a Hessian snack 🤷‍♂️🤣
All in all, it was very nice today 👍🏿

Normally my hiking day is always Saturday. Yesterday I was unfortunately prevented so today I wanted to do a nice lap. When I went to bed yesterday 🛏 I didn't even know where to go 🤷‍♂️ Since I am not a late sleeper ich I was awake at 0️⃣6️⃣: 0️⃣0️⃣ 🕰 and my first thought 🤯 was: Tierpark Weilburg 🐻
I've wanted to go back for over a year but unfortunately it wasn't possible because of Miss 🦠 Carina.
At 9 o'clock on the dot, I was standing in front of the entrance. With me a nice couple ... no one else 🧐 At the cash register I bought a little meerkat that should protect me if all the wild animals wanted to attack me 🦆🐥🐔🦋🪲🐞🦢🐓 Then I named him Horst. A super Horst 🦾 so to speak 🦸‍♂️
Some animal species can move around freely 👌🏻 without a fence etc. and that's why I like the Weilburg zoo so much 🥰
Unfortunately, unfortunately, the secret star of the zoo could not be found 🥺 the otter the little one is a burner 🤩 as he constantly states what he can do ... sometimes you stand there for half an hour and watch him ihm
After 2 hours I'm out of the zoo and…. the parking lot was vooooollllll 🚗🚘🚙🚕🚖🚔🚐🛻🚌🚍 the early 🦅 was very helpful this time 🤣
Actually it was again a freestyle tour ... unfortunately there isn't much around Weilburg that I haven't been ... except for the Kubacher Kristallhöhle 🤓
Actually I assumed that it was open because the incidence in our district is 0.6 but…. Nööööö, no, never, no & Njet 😩
I didn't think so bad now because the weather was just wonderful today and I just enjoyed running without major highlights 😍 I had my 🍦 so everything was fine 🤣😇

6 o'clock, the alarm clock rings ... I've been awake for a long time. The tropical temperatures of 78.3 degrees don't let you sleep anyway ’
The question of all questions: can I get my ass up or do I just move into the living room and set the air conditioning to 22 degrees ❄️❄️ and just stay in front of it all day 🙄🤔
7 a.m., I'm at the train station 🚉 and the 🌞 says softly: Hello, here I am. 23 degrees to warm up ... because I love you so much 💛
      😭😭😭
The train ride to FFM was sooooooo pleasant 🥰 (because of the climate in the train) except for the 😷 but what must be
This tour was an experiment ... FFM is actually only known from its great skyline 🏙 but Frankfurt also has a lot to offer and a lot of greenery 🌼🌻🌸 in the middle of the city. Lots of parks 🌳, ponds 🏞 and gardens 🌸
The most famous is probably the palm garden 🌴 but there is a little more to see 👀
I combined the whole thing with a special “shopping tour” and I wanted to visit small “special” shops that I got to know in the last few months through God knows where from. Starting with LEGO stores from Herr der Steine whose videos I regularly looked for on YouTube 📺 unfortunately it is still closed due to Carina 🥺😭 so from the next hotspot and a second hand shop for vinyls 🎧 I could stay overnight in such stores 😍 unfortunately it was for me only one maxi but at least a little bit scratch at home 🎶
Then we went to the teddy shop 🧸am Römer. I used my obligatory fridge magnet 😇 and took a little something for a friend with me 🎁
Past the Römer (where all hell was going on at 9 o'clock) we went to the Kleinmarkthalle with its umpteen great stalls, first bought nonsense again in the Hessenshop 🤪 (Die spicy Rosemarie zb 🤓) and of course what had to be the Frankfurt coffee ☕️ (Support your local dealer) a few steps 🩴🩴 the next store was already, namely X-tra-BooX Comic (jaaaa I'm a little nerd 🤓) in there you feel like in paradise 🤩 but unfortunately I had to continue 🤷‍♂️😭 it was so slow but don't you think there's time for a 🍦? 🧐
Past Konstablerwache and Zeil we went to the great "Chinese Garden" (I don't mention the banks of the Main at the beginning and little things on the way because ... is so 🤨😇😂) really small, great piece of China that has been conjured up there 😍
From China 🇨🇳 it went to Brazil 🇧🇷 the way there was a pain 🥵 the sun was really bad 😈🌞 the 2-3 km through the city dragged on… 🤢
but in the end you will be rewarded for everything in the palm garden 🤩😍🥰😃
I also strengthened myself a little 🍰🧊💧 and happily I slapped the rest of the way to the train station ☺️ on the way to a really great shop that I visited in
I saw an HR report, namely "gramm.genau" A shop where you bring the outer packaging with you and everything is weighed down to the gram ... Finally, the fight against packaging waste is declared!
After that I even had time to slip into town and get myself a delicious bubble tea 🧋
In general, today I must have spent all of my vacation pay on drinks 😢 THANK YOU dear 🌞🖕
Yes, I know it wasn't a real hike, although I “hiked” 22 km (and not 18 as Komoot indicates 🖕) but I wanted to try something new to prove that FFM has more to offer than just skyscrapers 😂
      Did i succeed? 🥺😁

It started with a question. “Where did you get that great mobile phone backpack bag thing from?” I had been looking for a little helper for the backpack for a long time, but I couldn't find one 🤷‍♂️ I didn't even know what the name of such a thing was to be followed by it looking for 😱 yes my ... I'm just a guy and don't know me with a handbag on 👜😁 @BinDannMalWeg had one left and I should have it 😃😃😃
After a few e-mails we agreed on a handover location paired with a little relaxed hike ... which I didn't know at the time ... I have to plow a lot for the bag 🥺🥺🥺😂 (you can see it on the tour from @BinDannMalWeg)
The tour planning was entirely up to Ilona ... After all, she is the professional of both of us 🤘🏻
I was told: take the train here and there, get off here and there, then I'll wait and we'll run 👟👟 off
So I drove to Linz (no, not that in 🇦🇹) and then got on the great Kasbachtalbahn 🚂. Even the short drive to the starting point was a little adventure 🤣 first we had to stop because a tree fell on the rails. Then almost missed a stop 🤫😇😀 so rolled back a bit and almost at the end of the 5-6 deer that crossed the rails, one of them remains standing on it and looks at the strange train with his big doe eyes. So the next stop 🤷‍♂️ was delayed on a 19 min route 6-7 min 🤔 lower ju for traveling wis Kasbachtslbahn 😂
Arrived at the top ... no Ilona there 🥺😱🤔 crap, she didn’t want to wait any longer and is gone without me 😭😢😩 briefly checked emails: I’m 5.5 minutes later… Ufffffff, had 🐷!
A really great “Little Britain” is set up right in Kalenborn. A private exhibition by Gary Blackburn. Just look at the photos. I think he likes the UK a little bit 😏
It was a very great, relaxed and fun tour. Apart from the parts where I had to work really hard 📸🥸🤪
We saw cute alpacas 🦙 had a great picnic and a delicious one in Linz at the end 🍦🍨
Ilona took pity on me and created a little tour that almost only went down 😝 Thank you 😜 For you it was just a warm-up 💪🏻 and for me a nice change from the Lahn-Caminos stages 🤟🏻
The small downer was the fire brigade / police operation, probably after a hiker ... when we had our "picnic" a helicopter suddenly circled over us, firefighters walked all the way, by bike or by car ... it was all gone Calls for help heard / reported. I hope the person has been found and is doing well!
Finally, Senk ju veri matsch again for this great tour @BinDannMalWeg 😆

Mission: a secret 🤫 material handover eint What is meant is a backpack Tasche bag 👜🤭As ALWAYS I only tell you very briefly 😂: Checking the situation 🔭 whether and where the enemy 👽 is hiding, began in the morning hours 😴 Although without the famous early 🦜 but with his worm 🐛 This crawler once again frequently disturbed the komoot GPS Signal 😫 😤
No matter then stop without 📱 ... The best overview 👓 of the Kasbachtal Ghetto 🤭 was of course up at the Asberg summit 🏔️ engraved in the summit book ✏️🔨 I also 😀 I continued towards Kalenborn, where I met my partner 🚶der by means of an above ground Rail transport 🚂 was brought to the meeting point and I picked it up 🙄 (which in turn had to wait for me because I got lost but THAT doesn't need to be mentioned here !!! 🤫😂)
So, a sophisticated diversion took place in "Little Britain" 🇬🇧 😃 In addition to famous actors like Peter Pan, Shaun the sheep, "who the fu * k is" Alice (?) In Wonderland, pirates, not to mention Her Majesty and the bodyguard Mr. Bean 😁 we don't feel out in the crowd 😂 Later we immersed in the: Forests, on the Kasbach 🏞️ past beautiful beech trees 🤩 towards the wild animal enclosure (alpacas 🦙 and chickens 🐔) 😲
Famished and almost in the middle of the cornfield, we treated ourselves to a dinner break 🥖🍅🥓🍓 The top secret fabric bag handover took place there 🤫 But it wasn't that easy again 👆 We were watched from above from the helicopter 🚁 Both E- Motor-mounted firefighters as well as on foot did their rounds around us 🚒 Apparently someone else has 📡 lost 🤔😧 the komoot GPS signal
Strengthened and energy from the Corona can 🍻 fully charged 🤪😁 we went another 5km down into the valley at Ockenfels Castle ⛪ unfortunately there is no photo proof of this building 📸 past to Städtle Linz 🏫 where the ice-cream dealer ended us with the cooling, melting foam this tour sweetened 🤤😃
Thank you Arek 💮 for the cheerful, cheerful, cozy and funny hiking companion 🚶👍 For your athletic, stocky, well-trained body that was almost 👆😂 voluntarily made available for this unique photo shoot 🤔🤣😂 I had a great time 😃 I have a decent dose 💊 filled with vitamin C ⛽👍p.s. all stunt performances 🤸 were carried out without a double 😆 personally 📸 with body and soul 🤣 we are not professionals 👆 so please be safe 🙏😂😅🤣

The third stage was actually planned for Saturday, but after my electronic weather forecast 🐸 for Saturday a lot of water from above 🌧🌧🌧 I was undecided and was back in Villmar at the Lahn-Marmor Museum at 8 o'clock sharp ... the weather was really pleasant for hiking. I'm in Villmar briefly on the banks of the Lahn where the first have already let their rubber boats into the water. The early bird etcShould I try again to get the Villmar stamp? But if I don't get one, the mood is already in the bottom at the beginning of the tour 🤔 I took a quick look at the church from below and then said to myself: No Risk No Fun 🤷‍♂️So it went up steeply… first door: closed 😡, second door: closed 🤬… third door: gesc… haaaaaaalt stop ✋ what do I see there? Is there really a crack? 🤩🤩🤩 Jaaaaaaaa! I have him!!! Jaaabaaadabaaaduuuuuu 🥳The church was beautifully decorated ... but nobody inside 🧐 suddenly I hear lala outside 🎺🎵 Schöööön that you celebrate my stamp success with me 🙏 I go out and some look at me strangely 🤨 I have no idea whether I should be allowed into the church at all, but you know what ? Was a latte 🤷‍♂️😂 The procession started and I thinned myself down quickly 😇😜 I was in such a good mood 😎 the weather was getting better and better ☀️☀️ I walked paths that I already "rattled off" on earlier tours but I did them always think it's mega! The forest between Villmar and Runkel is my favorite forest! This idyll in there is wonderful 😍
I was expecting this stage a bit because when I walk past Runkel I want to see my "first" castle again and then of course eat the most delicious ice cream at the Mancuso ice cream parlor ... but what do I see there? Open from 1 p.m.?!? 🤨 Holiday, mega weather, Runkel was FULL of tourists and you don't get any ice cream ... but wait a minute ... there was still the old town café 🤓 ... hehehe ... where there is a will, there is also someone or ice cream dealer 🍦 then have the delicious chocolates I took the ones I recently tried and I'm out ... I was asked about my shell on the backpack and had a very nice chat with a couple who made the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela 😱 in the end they wished me Buen Camino and I'm on Towards Limburg. On the way we had very nice views of the Lubentius Church, Dehrn Castle or the Limburg Cathedral and did a couple again and again. Hell was going on in Limburg 👹 ALL tables at the outside restaurant were occupied. People are just enjoying it again, the weather was wonderful too (STILL 🙄)
But then I'm up to the cathedral. Quickly put on the baby rag 😷 and went to the cathedral to search for stamps 🧐 I looked and searched and couldn't find it 🤷‍♂️ Well, I already have one from this stage so it's ok…. But anyway 😡 so I went around again and then I discovered a small sticker that I should ask a nice penguin (with the good weather everyone was definitely in the basement where it is a bit cooler) or in the kiosk in front of the cathedral ... so get out of there quickly (Dom I know them all too well, worked for Caritas Limburg for several years 😂) and got myself the second stamp 💪🏻 I felt like a young god 🤟🏻 chatted a bit with the seller and he also wished me Buen Camino 🤝
The sun burned bööööös! So off to the ice cream factory next 🍦 pick up 😇 There is always a lot going on in front of the shop so there is always a lot going on ... auuuuuuf once: dark clouds 🌥🌥🌥 temperature drop of 5 degrees ... uuuuuund 🌧🌧🌧
Until then the tour was really great ... from Limburg to Diez it is sooooooolo desolate 🤭 first through Limburg through 😴 then a bit of forest 🥰 and then field field field 😴😴😴 and all in the rain 🌧
When we arrived in Diez, the weather turned completely crazy ... sun, rain, sun with rain, rain with sun ... it felt like 30 degrees again, humid as hell ... I felt like in a sauna with a rain jacket! A little compensation for this weather phenomenon would be at least a rainbow 🌈 where I could then look for the pot of gold but there was nothing on the ass! So I arrived at the destination of the tour in Diez at the train station and at that moment it stopped raining 🖕🖕🖕
But you know what? Didn't annoy me because in the end I can say: stamp good, everything good 👌🏻😁

5:30 am - The alarm goes off ⏰ I'm slowly waking up 🥱 For the last time to work this week and then: up your hands 🙌🏾 Weekend 🥳
But when I notice my packed rucksack 🎒 I slowly realize that there is no work today but the Camino is due again. I took a quick shower 🚿 coffee and breakfast 🥯 and went back to bed 🛌 ... actually I had absolutely no desire 🤷‍♂️ the week was hard at work and my foot has just recovered from the last tour ... come on , just cover yourself up again and go back to sleep. The Camino won't run away from you ... but what if it does ???? 😱 and so I stood at the train station at 8 o'clock and waited for my train to Weilburg 🚂
In order to save myself trouble, I did some research in advance and found out that 3 stamping points on this stage 2 are of course not accessible on Saturday (is actually logical, which idiot goes hiking on the weekend Touren? You can tour 30 km before or after doing work ... or even better during the lunch break 👌🏻)
I didn't stay long in Weilburg because I know the city inside and out but went straight to the sluice with which I didn't have a good experience ... I went in with a pedal boat to just have a look at it 👁👁 just wanted to get out Suddenly a whole group of canoes paddled in behind me. The end of the story: 1 hour spent in the lock just to take a quick look 👀
The weather was wonderful today 😍 I quickly bought new hiking insoles after the failure of stage 1. With new shoes and hiking socks, I was pretty well equipped. I was amazed that with so much high-tech I still have to walk alone 🚶‍♀️ thought I was floating above the street as if I had an e-bike under my bottom 🤪
All the way to Freienfels you walk directly along the water 🏞 in weather like today 🌞🌞🌞 it's twice as much fun 🥰
When I arrived in Freienfels I became a little bit sad 😔 after I passed the overgrown tournament area of the Freienfelser Ritterspiele 😭 I have been attending the Ritterspiele in Freienfels for x years and hope to continue next year 🎪
The castle was of course closed 🙄 which was not bad because I have already visited it 10 times for sure 🤫🤭
From Freienfels you almost always walk through the forest. I was missing 1-2 highlights 🤷‍♂️ of course, you have great views and beautiful nature, but something was simply missing for the last 22 km 😶
The sculpture park just before Villmar was… great 🤔 “Highlight” was a sky sculpture. Yeah, I know, it should definitely represent something else, but for me it clearly looked like Bimmel aja yeah, typical guy etc ... 🙄 in general it was a hormone-charged tour ... first the "GEILE BANK" then the sticker: "Boobies out, those Kickers are coming ”and then the Bimmel… you can tell that summer is on its way 🤣😂🤣
When I arrived in Villmar, I almost ran to the church to get my stamp ... you think ... Church says: don't come in here 🤨☝️
Although the door says that the door is open, it is not. I won't write anything else about it, otherwise I'll be abusive 🤬🤫
I'm really still thinking about running the Camino to the end because until now I've always been in a bad mood because of the stamps ... what would you do? 🤔
Do not be surprised that I ran 3 times around the church. I was just looking for an open door or a stamp box 😡🖕
Since Villmar is only 3-4 km away from me I will get the thing next week but it annoys me extremely 🤷‍♂️
In itself a nice stage on which I saw more animals than people ... a couple of Bambis 🦌, a chip without a chap 🐿, Dollys 🐑, WauWaus 🦮, dangerous cuddles 😼
Now that I think so: Yes ... but ... was a nice stage 🥰

Since this tour was my anniversary tour 🥳🥳🥳 (50th) I couldn't decide for a long time which one to do 🤔 Either the one that started everything (i.e. my 9km lap I used to run every day after work) or one that challenges me 😵‍💫The 1000 ruble question: which one did it become? 👀 Geeeeeenau… the first stage of the Lahn-Camino 🤷‍♂️Actually, I had planned to run the Lahn Camino in one piece on my vacation in July, but since the last tour from Königswinter showed me my limits (3 days of worst sore muscles) I decided to split the Camino. Besides, I'm not sure whether I could book hotels to stay overnight in July ... ah Miss Carina ah 🖕🙄Today I ran a simple route for the first time and not a circle so I took the (Bimmel) train to Wetzlar. I only started recording the tour in the old town so there are still 1-2 km to the tour.
Actually, I was well prepared for the Lahn-Camino. Bought books. Got a pilgrim passport ... imported the GPS data from the official website ... I planned the start of the tour so that I would be standing in front of the tourist information center in Wetzlar at around 10 am to pick up the first stamp. On the homepage it says Saturday from 10 am to shoot me dead… well… puff cake… because of Carina Saturday is nüüüüüüschts! But what do my tired eyes see there? 👁👁A stamp box 😍😍😍 somebody must have thought about it… Yep… someone from the Lahnwanderweg did… there were 2 stamps inside that have nothing to do with the Lahn-Camino… the question arises: why the hell isn't there the stamp of Lahn-Camino? The first stamp is important 🤬 at all ... zero info that the Lahn-Camino starts right here at Wetzlar Cathedral 😡 I also go to the cathedral with the hope of finding a priest or a nice one 🐧 and to ask if they might also have such a stamp times under the pillow but after 15 minutes I gave up my search. It's like in a hardware store ... if the salesperson smell customers, they automatically become invisible 😤
Well ... with 2 "fake" stamps from LWW we went through the beautiful old town of Wetzlar to the ruin Kalsmunt ... without Komoot or another app, I wouldn't know where to go ... nowhere did I see this shell ... at the castle my mood improved 😄 Ruins totally relax me 😇🤓
Only after 5-6 km did I see the first shell ... the marking of the pilgrimage route is a pure disaster 🥺😩 without Komoot I would still be on the way ...To cut it short ... with the GPS data from the official HP, the stamp is almost never included 🤨 do you have to understand that ?! That's why the 28 km became over 34 km ... did I already mention that all churches and parishes had to be open? Ah who needs a stamp ... I got the only one from somewhere in the nowhere where what city ... Coincidental find so 🤩 I was furiously angry ... I would just love to get the pilgrimage certificate when I have finished the LC but how without a stamp?
So I wanted to stop the tour in Braunfels ... my feet hurt because the shoes I bought for muddy tours are really uncomfortable ... I was really wet as several showers came down and it was until I got my rain jacket out of my backpack often too late ... 💧💧💧 but then I always thought that it was the anniversary tour and I pinched my cheeks and pulled it off 💪🏻
I'm now fuck & done ... my bubbles have blown themselves but it was worth it 😍
Great nature ... the smell of the forest after the rain ... 😍😍😍 great views ... fairytale castle in Braunfels ... that was GREAT ...
When I can walk normally again and the second tour is due is still in the ✨⭐️💫🌟 ...
      To the next 50 🥳🥳🥳
