At first I thought the route would include the old railroad. Unfortunately it wasn't like that.On this tour, a few hiking trails were inaccessible on the way back. And when it did, it was more off-grid with considerable difficulty.
Check it out for yourself.

On tour again today
The last 2 days I just didn't have the time to take tours plus the arrival and departure routes. So then I just ran into hairs here. Similar long distances, but not recorded because they were repetitive tours. To the tour:
As with the last tour: Very beautiful forest paths with and without forest.
Only this time there was even a path that was no longer a path. Without komoot, the orientation would have been a bit chaotic. On this way I even sank down to my ankle once.
But otherwise the paths were at least as beautiful as yesterday - just a little longerThe average was 4.9 km / h, so quite comfortable. That was probably due to the beautiful hiking trails and the unsightly devastation of the paths.

On this section there are very beautiful hiking passages to be found. That is why I recommend this "forest tour" with and without trees. The first part up to the view "Nadel" is beautiful. Partly quite steep (up to 19%), but then you can relax a bit at the top.For example, the forest is missing on another beautifully laid out hiking trail. On the way back I wanted to take a hiking trail, but it was no longer recognizable due to the clearing.Hopefully it will be as beautiful as before in the foreseeable future.

Today I ran a little slower. According to the tracker, about 5.3 km on average. I found the tour really nice today, although there were paved roads again and again. Seen a lot again and rediscovered a few things.A few more aspects:
At the beginning of the tour (approx. 4 km) to Bleikuhlen the paths were really good. A few people met me immediately, some of them with rucksacks on their shoulders.
Then we went on to Blankenrode - many tarred paths.
Behind Blankenrode we went back on forest paths that were somewhat blocked by felled trees. Then a bit on the forest motorway (Dahlheim) and back to Meerhof.
And Meerhof is always worthwhile, even if something needs to be renovated there after the winter.
No hikers met me in Meerhof, although this is usually more of a destination.Check it out for yourself.

The next section is done. Part 8. The weather was really nice, not too warm and not too cold either. It was a crisp ascent on a beautiful hiking trail. Of course there were people out and about in the villages, but only 4 people came towards me in the countryside. It was nice and it didn't get cold for me at the pace. In reality, the average was 6 km / h.

Today the 5th section. In the meantime, hail and snow came down.On the way back, some of the paths were a bit very soft from the rain. One way was driven through by forest harvesting machines that the damp soil was so boggy that even our dog didn't want to go any further. So back again and took a different, somewhat longer path.
