      - you put the gloves 🧤 in your pocket after 5 km
      - quickly open your jacket during breaks
      - on the dirt roads the scent of freshly applied manure caresses your nose
      - and you wrote down that the clock must be changed next night ...
      Then you know it will be F RÜ H L I N G ☀️🌸🌿🌳🌼🌻 !!!
It was a wonderful stroll today, felt as many breaks as kilometers. Necessarily with self-catering, rather unusual for us, but Tinchen had thought of everything🍪🍿🍗🍺🍫😉.
The cities empty, many people in nature, but consistently with disciplined behavior.
It was the tour of the views. My hometown Hiddesen for the first time so freely seen "from above", a consequence of the shocking clearcut around the Hermann .... sad.
The break in the Lemgoer Staffpark is terrific. All Lipoe in view, Hermann, Bielstein, Ehberg, Tönsberg, Eiserner Anton ... in the sinking 🌞, with music 🎵 and a small drink 🍸 .... moments that you want to freeze ❤️in these strange, somehow surreal Times!
Sometimes you get the feeling that the world breathes and recovers ... nature has given Homo Sapiens the second warning after climate change. Let's see if this has an effect in the long term.

After we first drove through the civilized areas yesterday, today we went back to the hinterland ..... (sorry, ancient insider, which will probably cost a few followers😉) ...
Beautiful area! Unfortunately, quite mountainous 😩, and still really difficult today ... windy! How can this be explained physically, you drive a lap and have headwind in all directions ???
Whether from the Steinberg down to Almena, from Goldbeck to Bösingfeld or from the windmill to Barntrup: even with an 8% gradient, you still had to pedal to avoid standing still 😩.
(10 seconds after we had photographed the picnic arrangement on the Steinberg, by the way, our entire equipment including the bike blew away for a moment 😂)
Good thing there was a spare battery today, yesterday's lap was still in the old bones ..

After three idle weeks and a mentally demanding first week of work with many difficult and unpopular decisions, fresh air was urgently needed.
Is Lippe still standing? The answer is yes! 👍🏽
And the Lipper seem to have understood it. Empty city centers, closed pubs, cafés and snack bars and not a group of people on the complete tour that would have made you shake your head. But many people in the green, alone, in pairs or with children. Everything good 😊
Today we completely ignored the “social distancing” (what a stupid term!) ... every accommodating or outdated person received a friendly, happy greeting or a heartfelt thank you. Of course, always with the required spatial distance! "Spatial Distance" instead of social distance ...
In the shaken nature we hope we can continue to get the strength we will need to master this extraordinary challenge. Unless, because of the stupid stupid cheeks and selfish people, a ban would be imposed because they ignore all that is offered. Thank God, seeing none of them today had already prepared me for a few confrontations 😉.
Have a nice Saturday evening! Take care of yourself and your environment and stay healthy 🍀

Nice tour to one of our great spa towns.🌸 Many people were out on the heute or 🚶 today and sat outside in the cafes. 🌤

After three weeks of quarantine at home, the first time again in the fresh air, and immediately caught a top day.
The round itself is one of our favorite routes. A real fight for me today, in spite of the battery being full ... would not have thought that everything (legs, back, lungs, circulation ...) would degrade within three weeks.
      It was nice anyway!

Almost like if you swear ✈️ ......
We actually went up to Staff Park to walk to the ranger ponds. Because of forgotten headlamps, however, I decided to “descend” into the city.
The pictures cannot begin to reproduce the grandiose view from Staff Park over the illuminated Lemgo. Was a nice round and certainly not the last time👍🏽🌗
