An amazing route. Definite highlights were going through the woods on the rooty doubletrack then across the military zone with the hard-packed sand. Great bike paths to start and end the ride. 10/10.

Race day finally rolled around and we couldn't have been luckier with the weather. Gorgeous route (although we were riding too fast to properly enjoy it). Really, really varied - smooth gravel, loose gravel, new gravel, pine needle-carpeted XC ski tracks (personal fave), farmyard double track, forest
