Giro gradevole, soprattutto nella parte centrale, e decisamente allenante. Salitelle brevi ma piccanti che impegnano la gamba senza mai forzarla. Bella la salita (unica vera salita) che da Arona porta al San Carlone e poi su fino a Colazza. Alcuni tratti nel bosco sono davvero inattesi. Ripetibile in ogni periodo dell'anno.
